Restaurant Hostess - Arabic Speaking

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Hostess to represent our restaurant by creating a positive first impression and ensuring guests receive a warm and smooth dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Warmly greet guests upon arrival and manage the waiting list or reservation system.
Seating Strategy: Coordinate with the service crew to seat guests in a way that balances station loads.
Communication: Answer phone inquiries and manage reservations with a professional demeanor.
Ambassadorship: Provide information about the menu, promotions, and brand history.


Skills
Fluent in Arabic and English (Required).
Prior experience in a front-of-house role in hospitality.
Excellent grooming standards and interpersonal skills.
