### 🔹 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lifting safety oversight
* Ensure lifting operations comply with HSE requirements and approved procedures
* Supervise lifting and rigging activities
* Inspect cranes, lifting equipment, slings, shackles, and rigging gear
* Review and verify Lift Plans, Method Statements & Risk Assessments
* Participate in Critical Lift reviews and planning meetings
* Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions are observed
* Coordinate with Construction, HSE, Lifting Teams and riggers
### 🎓 QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related discipline preferred
* Technical training in lifting and rigging operations
* Good English communication skills
### 💼 EXPERIENCE
* Minimum **5 years’ experience** in lifting safety supervision
* Experience in **EPC, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or Industrial Construction**
* Proven experience supervising rigging operations
* Saudi Aramco / SATROP / ADNOC or major industrial project experience preferred
### 🏅 CERTIFICATION
* **Aramco Approved Rigger II or above**
