ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE & SERVICE REQUIREMENT

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Elevator Maintenance Company/Service Provider for the regular servicing and preventive maintenance of our elevator.

Elevator Specifications:

* Brand: Youngjin Elevator Company Ltd.
* Capacity: 1,500 KG
* Speed: 60 m/min
* Service Interval: Once every 6 months

Scope of Service:

1. Inspection of elevator reliability and safety
2. Servicing of the lift and accessories
3. Troubleshooting training
4. Supply and replacement of recommended parts
5. Preventive maintenance
6. Major parts replacement, if required, will be handled through a separate Purchase Request (PR).
