Job Responsibilities:-
1.Manage and supervise all MEP works on the project.
2.Have strong practical understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
3.Manage and coordinate Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing activities.
4.Coordinate MEP works with Civil and Architectural works.
5.Supervise subcontractors, engineers, technicians, and site teams.
6.Review drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
7.Monitor site execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
8.Coordinate with the consultant, client, subcontractors, and project team.
9.Identify MEP Clashes and resolve technical issues and site problems.
10.Monitor materials, manpower, equipment, and work progress.
11.To be ensured proper coordination between all MEP disciplines.
12.Follow up on testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover.
13.Monitor project schedules and ensure MEP works are completed on time.
14.To be ensured compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
