🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across operational and corporate functions.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business requirements.
Manage high-volume recruitment and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and KPIs.
Manage recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring costs, time-to-hire, and recruitment quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, transportation, or other high-volume industries.
Proven experience managing a recruitment team and multiple hiring requirements.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience with HRMS/ATS and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
Saudi Arabia recruitment experience is highly preferred.
Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
