We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and responsible Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
👨🍳 Responsibilities
Manage daily kitchen operations for the restaurant & coffee shop
Lead, train, and supervise kitchen team members
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
Manage food preparation and kitchen workflow
Control food costs, inventory, and wastage
Monitor purchasing and stock levels
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Prepare staff schedules and manage kitchen performance
Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth operations
✅ Requirements
Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef
Experience in a restaurant, café, or coffee shop
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene
Good understanding of food cost and inventory control
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
