DESCRIPTION: Inspection and verification: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of joints, fit-ups, and welds across various construction and piping stages.
Document Review: Interpret and verify Welding Procedure Specifications ( WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ).
Code Compliance: Enforce adherence to international and Aramco-specific codes such and ASME, AWS,API, and SAES.
NDT Coordination: Monitor and interpret Not-Destructive Testing (NDT) Results like RT, UT, MT, and PT,
Quality Reporting: Prepare daily inspection reports, document no-conformances (NCR), and verify corrective actions.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Certifications: Valid industry certifications like CSWIP 3.1 / CSWIP 2 or AWS-CWI. plus ASNT Level II NDT endorsements.
Aramco Approval: Valid Saudi Aramco Approval (SAP Number) with passed Computer-Based Test (CBT) for welding inspection.
Project Type: (e.g..Pipelines, gas plans, offshore structures)
Note: Shutdown project for 3-4 months.
