Requirements:
• Previous experience in Cold Kitchen / Garde Manger
• Good knowledge of salads, appetizers, cold platters & buffet preparation
• Strong food presentation and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or events is preferred
