We are looking for a success partner and expert consultant to manage the complete setup and launch of a new restaurant project on a project-contract basis, with the objective of building a strong brand and entering the market with well-calculated plans that ensure operational efficiency and achieve targeted investment returns from day one.
Scope of Work and Key Resources:
* Feasibility Study and Strategic Planning: Evaluating project viability, defining brand identity, and developing a comprehensive business plan for a successful market entry.
* Menu Planning and Pricing: Performing menu engineering, determining production costs with precision, and selecting the most profitable product mix.
* Operational Engineering: Designing kitchen and dining room layouts, and establishing the operational workflow from receiving to serving the customer.
* Supply Chain and Vendors: Establishing an approved network of suppliers for equipment and raw materials, while implementing inventory management and waste-reduction systems.
* Technical and Marketing Setup: Selecting Point of Sale (POS) systems and management software, and outlining the promotional strategy for launching the new brand in the market.
* Recruitment and Training: Preparing the organizational structure, acquiring core talents, and designing training programs to ensure team readiness prior to opening.
Requirements and Skills:
* Practical Experience: At least 7 years of experience in founding, launching, and managing new restaurants or hospitality chains.
* Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
* Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and build teams from scratch and turn a vision into operational success.
