🏢 Project: Existing Building – Finishing Works
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Site Engineer / Supervisor.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of finishing experience in Saudi Arabia – Mandatory.
• Must have completed at least 5 similar building finishing projects.
• Strong experience in tiles, gypsum board, painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical finishing works.
• Supervise contractors, manpower, quality, productivity and progress against the project plan.
• Strong contractor and supplier negotiation skills with focus on cost reduction.
• Good knowledge of the Dhahran, Dammam and Khobar market, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Follow up quotations, materials, deliveries and delivery notes.
• Manage snag/punch list and ensure completion through final handover.
• Valid Saudi driving license and own car are mandatory.
