Requirements
* Strong experience in preparing fresh burger patties from scratch
* Must know how to season, mix, shape and prepare burger meat, not just use frozen ready-made patties
* Experienced in cutting, marinating and preparing fresh chicken from scratch for crispy chicken
* Good knowledge of preparing crispy coating and breading mixtures
* Strong experience in preparing different sauces from scratch
* Able to create new and signature sauces and introduce new flavor ideas
* Must be fast and efficient in preparing burgers and sandwiches
* Able to handle high-volume orders and multiple delivery orders during peak hours
* Must maintain speed, quality, taste and consistency even during busy periods
* Good workstation organization and mise en place
* Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant environment
* Must be ready to attend a Practical Trial

Candidates whose experience is limited to frozen ready-made burger patties or frozen crispy chicken will not be considered.
Employment Details
Salary: 200–230 BD
Depending on experience and practical trial performance
