Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in Refinery/Petrochemical Plant operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position.
Experience in plants similar to the assigned project/work site.
Hands-on experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Strong knowledge of plant operations, process systems, operating procedures, and troubleshooting.
Experience supervising and coordinating operations teams.
Ability to work effectively with commissioning, maintenance, process, and engineering teams.
Refinery/Petrochemical project experience is mandatory.
