We are seeking highly experienced professionals currently available in Saudi Arabia for a prestigious High-Rise 5-Star Hotel Construction Project.
⚠️ STRICT REQUIREMENT: Relevant High-Rise Tower and 5-Star Hotel experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant experience will NOT be considered.
🔹 OPEN POSITIONS
1. Senior QC Manager – MEP Background
Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical.
Strong MEP QA/QC management experience.
Expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection & ELV.
High-Rise & 5-Star Hotel experience mandatory.
2. Project Director
Engineering Degree required.
Proven experience handling 1–2 High-Rise / 5-Star Hotel projects.
Strong leadership in construction, planning, commercial, MEP and QA/QC.
Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
3. Project Logistics Manager
Engineering Degree mandatory.
Strong construction company experience.
Proven High-Rise Tower logistics experience.
Expertise in material movement, site access, storage, transportation and site logistics planning.
4. Senior Planning Engineers
Engineering Degree required.
Expert Primavera P6 knowledge.
Strong expertise in Baseline Schedule preparation and control.
High-Rise Tower & 5-Star Hotel experience mandatory.
Strong CPM, progress monitoring, recovery planning and reporting skills.
5. PMO Commercial Manager
Engineering/Commercial Degree preferred.
Strong experience in PMO, commercial management, contracts and cost control.
Experience with major construction projects and subcontract management.
High-Rise / 5-Star Hotel experience strongly preferred.
