Currently, I am working as an HVAC Supervisor on the Riyadh Metro Project in Saudi Arabia. I am responsible for supervising HVAC maintenance activities, planning and assigning daily tasks, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, monitoring system performance, work order management, PTW, SISO, safety compliance, documentation, and coordination with engineers and clients.
I have hands-on experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work orders, preventive maintenance activities, checklists, reports, and maintenance documentation.
My technical expertise includes VRF/VRV systems, AHU, FCU, CRAC, Chillers, Package Units, Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Window AC, Ventilation Systems, and Exhaust Systems.
I have gained valuable experience working on major projects and facilities in Saudi Arabia, including the Riyadh Metro Project, STC facilities, and NEOM projects. These experiences have strengthened my skills in HVAC supervision, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, team management, safety compliance, and coordination in large-scale and demanding environments.
I am experienced in supervising HVAC teams, coordinating with clients and engineers, managing daily work activities, ensuring preventive maintenance completion, minimizing equipment downtime, and maintaining high-quality HVAC system performance.
