Procurement & Sourcing: Oversaw the entire procurement process, from requisition to payment.

Inventory Control: Managing perishable and non-perishable food inventory, implementing FIFO/FEFO to reduce waste.

Systems & Compliance: Proficient in ERP systems and strict adherence to food safety standards (HACCP / ISO).

Education: Master of Science (MSc) in Supply Chain & Logistics (UK) + OTHM Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma.
