*Minimum 3 years of experience in training development and delivery.
*Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
*Experience delivering EHSS training programs, orientations, and contractor onboarding sessions.
*Ability to deliver training on Permit to Work (PTW), Confined Space Entry, LOTO, Working at Height, Fire Prevention, SIMOPS, and other safety-related topics.
*Experience supporting large workforce mobilization during shutdown, restoration, or turnaround activities.
*Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and industry EHSS best practices.
*Strong presentation, communication, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
*Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification and NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification preferred
