Are you a creative interior design professional with a passion for teaching and developing future design talent? We are looking for a dedicated Interior Design Trainer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and deliver a structured, industry-focused training program aligned with modern interior design standards.
Position: Interior Design Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, in-person and online training sessions aligned with the academy’s Interior Design Program roadmap
• Structure and conduct training across all program phases (Foundation to Portfolio Development)
• Provide practical, real-world instruction in interior design concepts, space planning, and design execution
• Train students in:
• Interior design fundamentals and design principles
• Space planning, layout development, and functional design
• Mood boards, material selection, color theory, and finishes
• AutoCAD drafting, SketchUp modeling, and 3D visualization
• Design presentations, client communication, and project documentation
• Guide students through hands-on design projects and portfolio creation
• Conduct real-life simulations, case studies, and project-based learning
• Mentor students throughout the program to ensure they become job-ready design professionals
• Support students in CV building, interview preparation, and career readiness
• Ensure training delivery meets industry standards and modern design practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture firms
• Proven experience (1–2+ years) as a trainer, instructor, or mentor
• Strong portfolio showcasing recent interior design work
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, and related design tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging, practical, and structured training sessions
• Strong command of English
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh
