Key Responsibilities
Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, lifting, and moving goods.
Store and retrieve products from warehouse racking systems at various heights.
Handle F&B products carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or loss.
Work effectively in cold-store and dry-store environments.
Follow warehouse procedures for receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
Conduct basic daily checks of the reach truck and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
Follow all warehouse health, safety, hygiene, and food-handling requirements.
Maintain proper stacking and organization of products within designated storage locations.
Assist with stock movement and other warehouse activities as required.
Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain a clean and organized working area.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Reach Truck Operator.
Previous experience in F&B, FMCG, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
Experience working in cold stores and dry stores is an advantage.
Ability to operate a reach truck safely and efficiently.
Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
Physically fit and capable of working in cold-storage conditions.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Valid reach truck/forklift certification or license, where required.
