Job Description
1. Business Performance
* Own overall sales, profitability, and P&L.
* Set branch targets and monitor KPIs.
* Identify underperforming branches and take corrective action.
* Report performance to owners/CEO.
1. Operations
* Ensure consistent standards across all 8 branches.
* Implement and maintain SOPs.
* Conduct regular branch visits and audits.
* Ensure proper staffing and operational efficiency.
1. People & Leadership
* Lead Branch/Area Managers.
* Set performance targets and conduct reviews.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and development.
1. Product & Quality
* Maintain consistent coffee, food, and beverage quality.
* Ensure recipes, portions, and presentation are followed.
* Work with the product/coffee team on new products.
1. Customer Experience & Brand
* Maintain consistent service standards across branches.
* Monitor customer feedback and reviews.
* Address recurring complaints and service issues.
1. Technology & Reporting
* Maintain clear weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Use data to identify trends and opportunities.
7. Expansion & Strategy
* Support new-location evaluation and business cases.
* Lead operational planning for new openings.
* Identify opportunities to improve or expand the business.
* Contribute to the company’s 1–3 year growth strategy.
