We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Generator Rental & Sales Associate to join our company and help take our Generator Rental & Sales Division to the next level.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the generator rental and sales market, excellent client relationships, and a well-established client database/network.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the Generator Rental & Sales Division.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Utilize an established client database to increase rental and sales opportunities.
Handle customer requirements, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Supervise and coordinate rental/sales activities to ensure smooth operations.
Provide market knowledge and business development strategies to management.
Achieve agreed sales and rental targets.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in generator rental and/or generator sales.
Strong knowledge of the power generation and equipment rental market.
Established client database and strong industry contacts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Ability to independently develop and grow the division.
Strong leadership and supervision capabilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
