## I. Production Management Personnel.
### Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the organization and management of on-site construction production in the corresponding work area, implementing weekly/monthly construction plans, breaking down tasks, tracking on-site progress, promptly addressing delays, and ensuring the achievement of milestone targets.
2. Management of local labor teams: Coordinate the scheduling of local workers, on-site dispatching, pre-shift safety briefings, supervise the work behavior of local personnel, coordinate and resolve conflicts within work groups, and implement on-site performance evaluations for local personnel.
3. On-site safety and quality control: Implement HSE management requirements, conduct on-site safety inspections, identify and rectify safety hazards; supervise the quality of construction procedures, stop violations, and ensure closed-loop rectification.
4. On-site material and equipment coordination: Verify the arrival status of construction materials and equipment, rationally allocate on-site equipment, report material shortages and equipment malfunctions, and ensure continuous construction at the work site.
5. Cross-party coordination: Liaise with local subcontractors, supervisors, and local labor services to address on-site issues; regularly report on on-site production status, potential hazards, and weekly construction reports to the Chinese project manager.
6. Implement all project management systems, maintain accurate on-site construction records and ledgers, and participate in the handling of on-site accidents and emergencies.
### Key Requirements
Possess several years of practical experience in overseas construction/electrical construction site production management; be familiar with local labor management practices; and be able to independently lead local work teams in on-site management.
Salary: 7500 SAR + Accomodation and Transportation.
