China Railway 18 Bureau, a leading construction company, is urgently seeking experienced and qualified Planning Engineers to join our team.
📌 Position: Planning Engineer
🔑 Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 15+ years of total professional experience.
Candidates must have extensive experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
Experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Projects is mandatory.
At least 80% of the candidate's total experience must be in High-Rise Building projects.
Candidates without the required High-Rise Building and 4-Star/5-Star Hotel experience will not be considered.

🛠️ Key Job Responsibilities:
Develop, prepare, and maintain detailed project schedules and construction programs.
Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against the approved baseline schedule.
Prepare short-term and long-term planning schedules.
Identify project delays, critical activities, and potential risks affecting project completion.
Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and Construction Teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
Conduct schedule analysis and update project plans using planning software such as Primavera P6.
Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and productivity.
Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) and delay analysis reports when required.
Ensure that project planning activities comply with contractual requirements and project objectives.
