China Railway 18 Bureau, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly experienced and qualified QC Manager to join our team.
📌 Position: QC Manager (MEP Background)
🔑 Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 20+ years of total professional experience.
Extensive experience in High-Rise Building Projects is mandatory.
Experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Projects is mandatory.
Candidates must have at least 80% of their total experience in High-Rise Building projects.
Candidates without the required High-Rise Building and 4-Star/5-Star Hotel experience will not be considered.

🛠️ Key Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the project's Quality Control (QC) procedures and systems.
Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
Manage and supervise the QC team and ensure effective implementation of quality requirements on site.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection requests.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Identify quality issues and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams regarding quality matters.
Review and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure.
Prepare and submit quality reports and performance updates to senior management.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all quality records.
Lead quality meetings and provide technical guidance to the QC team.
Support project handover by ensuring all quality requirements and documentation are completed.
