Prepare and cook authentic Iranian dishes while developing menus based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients. Supervise kitchen staff and operations, ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, portion control, and efficient workflow. Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
