Position: Housekeeping Manager
Experience: 5+ years in Hospitality and Facilities Management
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations across multiple sites, manage teams and supervisors, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage housekeeping operations across multiple sites, including supervisors, facilities, staffing, and service delivery.
• Handle key accounts, client relationships, negotiations, contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Lead manpower planning, staff deployment, attendance monitoring, performance, and productivity.
• Interview, select, and mobilize housekeeping personnel based on operational requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, checklists, operational reports, and service standards.
• Monitor service quality, contract compliance, and client requirements.
• Lead housekeeping teams and resolve operational and client-related issues effectively.
• Prepare and analyze manpower, attendance, performance, and operational data reports.
• Coordinate closely with HR and Operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Candidate Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Hospitality and Facilities Management is mandatory.
• Strong experience in housekeeping operations and multi-site management.
• Proven experience in key account and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
• Strong understanding of SOP implementation, manpower planning, and operational reporting.
• Professional, organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
