China Railway 18 Bureau, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Commercial Manager to join our team.



👌Position: Commercial Manager



👌Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

Candidates must have extensive experience in high-rise building projects and 4- or 5-star hotel projects.

At least 80% of the candidate's total professional experience must be in high-rise building projects.

Strong experience in commercial management, contracts, cost control, and project financial management.

Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, claims, variations, and negotiations.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.



⚠️ Important: Candidates who do not have the required experience in high-rise buildings and 4- or 5-star hotel projects will not be considered.

⚠️ Please do not submit your CV if at least 80% of your total experience is not related to high-rise building projects.



👌Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all commercial activities for major construction projects.

Develop and implement effective commercial and contractual strategies.

Manage project budgets, costs, cash flow, and financial performance.

Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.

Identify, evaluate, and manage commercial and contractual risks.

Manage variations, claims, extensions of time, and dispute-related matters.

Ensure effective cost control and maximize project profitability.

Coordinate with project management, procurement, finance, and technical teams.

Monitor subcontractor and supplier payments and commercial performance.

Prepare and review commercial reports, forecasts, and management reports.

Provide strategic commercial advice and support to senior management.

Lead and supervise the commercial team to ensure successful project delivery.
