🌱 Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage overall day-to-day farm/nursery operations
• Plan and supervise planting, harvesting, irrigation, fertilization and pest control
• Manage tree & shrub production and/or livestock operations
• Supervise greenhouse activities and nursery productivity
• Actively supervise and participate in daily field and agricultural activities
• Manage farm workers and supervisors, including scheduling, training and performance
• Supervise 20–30+ workers/team members and ensure operational targets are achieved
• Monitor crops, livestock, irrigation and overall farm performance
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and output
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment, irrigation systems and infrastructure
• Manage agricultural procurement, budgets, expenses and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with regulations, environmental standards and safety requirements
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management
👨🌾 Candidate Requirements
• 10–15 years of total experience in agriculture/farm operations
• Minimum 8–10 years of KSA experience specifically as a Farm Manager, Nursery Manager, or similar farm management role – REQUIRED
• Strong hands-on farming experience is essential
• Must be a field-oriented Farm Manager who is personally involved in day-to-day agricultural activities and operations
• Must be comfortable working in the field and actively supervising farming activities, not limited to office-based management or administration
• Proven ability to independently manage crops, irrigation, livestock, farm workers and overall daily farm operations
• Proven experience managing 20–30+ workers/team members
• Private farm or nursery management experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques and agricultural best practices
• Strong practical knowledge of irrigation systems, greenhouse operations and farm technologies
• Experience in agricultural procurement, budget control and operational cost management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
• Arabic nationality preferred; other nationalities may apply, but fluent Arabic is preferred
• Transferable Iqama required
• Immediate joiners preferred

We are looking for a hands-on Farm Manager with strong practical farming experience who is actively involved in the field and capable of independently managing the complete farm operation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working alongside and supervising farm workers, monitoring crops and livestock, managing irrigation and participating in day-to-day agricultural activities.
Candidates whose experience is primarily office-based management, administration, landscaping, gardening, irrigation engineering, or general agriculture without prior responsibility for overall farm/nursery operations will not be considered.
