Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate new projects and assess their operational requirements.
* Calculate the complete project cost and prepare accurate pricing.
* Determine the required manpower and job categories.
* Identify all required equipment, cleaning materials, and consumables.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
* Prepare the mobilization and operational plans.
* Manage the project from award through full operation.
* Manage workers, supervisors, and site teams.
* Control project costs and maintain profitability.
* Manage suppliers and subcontractors.
* Establish operating procedures and systems.
* Take full responsibility for project execution and successful operation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management and Operations.
* Strong experience in cleaning, maintenance, and integrated FM services.
* Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
* Must have proven experience in project costing, tender pricing, mobilization, and project operations.
Compensation:
Salary will be discussed based on experience and qualifications, with a 3-month probation period and clearly defined performance targets.
