- Supervise and manage daily construction activities and site operations.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and productivity.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Conduct QA/QC inspections and manage NCRs, IRs, and other project documentation.
- Review drawings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain proper document control.
