🔹 About the Role
We are seeking young, dynamic and innovation-driven professionals to join our R&D team for the design and development of advanced power electronics products for Indian Railways and high-reliability industrial applications.
🔹 Educational Qualification
• Ph.D. or M.Tech. with specialization in Power Electronics
• Exceptional B.Tech graduates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience may also apply
🔹 Experience & Technical Skills
Candidates should have proven experience in the design, simulation and development of:
• Power Factor Correction (PFC) converters
• DC-DC converters
• Medium & high-power inverters
• Power semiconductor devices such as IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs
• Power electronics simulation and design tools
• Embedded system design and control implementation using DSPs and real-time control systems
Experience in product development, testing, validation and industrialization of power electronic products is highly desirable.
🔹 Preferred Experience
Experience in developing products for:
🚆 Railway signaling & telecom applications
⚡ Railway power supply systems
🔌 High-reliability industrial power systems
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop next-generation power electronic products
• Perform circuit simulation, hardware design, prototyping and testing
• Develop embedded control algorithms and firmware
• Support product qualification, certification and field deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take products from concept to commercialization
