The candidate must have a balanced expertise in handling day-to-day softscape and irrigation site activities, as well as a technical and planning skill set under the direction of the Project Management.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently manage and monitor daily softscape and irrigation site activities.
- Prepare and update baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, and other planning documents.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, resources, and work fronts.
- Monitor actual progress against planned targets and identify delays or constraints.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Main Contractor, Consultant, suppliers, and site teams.
- Prepare method statements, RFIs, MIRs, inspection requests, progress records, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with quantity tracking, productivity monitoring, progress measurement, and claims/supporting records.
- Handle technical site issues and provide practical solutions within the approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of required project records.
💼 EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Probation Period: Minimum 6 months.
Upon successful completion of the probation period and confirmation of the candidate's performance, suitability, and overall compatibility with the company, sponsorship (Iqama) transfer may be considered, subject to company requirements and applicable regulations.
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience, qualifications, and suitability.
