Are you a passionate and experienced Early Education professional with strong expertise in child development and foundational learning?
Averroes Academy is looking for a dedicated Early Education Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and deliver a structured, engaging, and child-centered early learning program.
Position: Early Education Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality early education classes, both online and on campus, for young learners.
Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that supports children’s emotional, social, and academic growth.
Teach core early learning skills, including:
Early Literacy: Reading, phonics, and storytelling
Early Numeracy: Basic math concepts, counting, shapes, and patterns
Motor Skills Development: Fine and gross motor activities
Social & Communication Skills
Plan and conduct interactive activities, including hands-on learning, play-based exercises, and creative projects.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports for each child.
Support children in building confidence, discipline, and positive learning habits.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress, behavior, and learning needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching early education or kindergarten-level students.
Strong understanding of early childhood learning methods and developmental milestones.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and child engagement skills.
Ability to create structured, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons.
Must be currently residing in Riyadh.
Preference will be given to Sri Lankan and Filipino candidates.
