Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards and ensure full compliance with safety protocols.
Lead incident investigations by determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Deliver safety training sessions and daily toolbox talks to promote a zero-harm culture among all employees.
Monitor permit-to-work systems ensuring high-risk work activities are safely managed and authorized.
Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate regular drills to ensure team readiness for critical incidents.
Compile detailed safety reports and metrics to present to senior management and regulatory authorities.
