• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE/Safety inspection experience, preferably with operational plant experience
• Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Professional Qualifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, Fire Safety, or other relevant HSE certifications
• Inspection Experience: Proven experience in site safety inspections, hazard identification, compliance monitoring, and reporting
• Kawader Certification: Preferred
• Additional Competency: Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, PTW, LOTO, PPE, emergency response, and applicable safety standards
