• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE/Safety experience, preferably with operational plant experience
• Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Professional Qualifications: NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH International Diploma
• Professional Certifications: CSP, GradIOSH / CMIOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, and other relevant specialized HSE certifications
• Kawader Certification: Preferred
• Technical Competence: Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment, incident investigation, audits, inspections, PTW, LOTO, emergency response, and applicable HSE standards
