China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking a highly experienced and qualified QC Civil Engineer/Inspector to join our construction team.

👍Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Civil Quality Control.
ACI Certificate is mandatory.
Strong experience in High-Rise Building projects.
Proven experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel projects.
Candidates must have at least 80% of their total experience in High-Rise Building projects.
Candidates without the required High-Rise Building and 4/5-Star Hotel experience will NOT be considered.

👍Key Job Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and quality checks for all civil and structural construction activities.
Ensure that construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.
Inspect concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, pouring, curing, and finishing.
Monitor and inspect civil works such as excavation, foundations, structural elements, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Prepare and review Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams regarding quality-related issues.
Identify quality issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.
Maintain quality control records, inspection reports, checklists, and other project documentation.
Ensure compliance with approved ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Plans.
Conduct regular site inspections and report any non-conforming work.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Ensure all works meet the required quality standards and project specifications.
