🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise 5-Star Hotel Project
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of architectural, finishing, façade and interior packages.
Review drawings, specifications and BOQs and prepare RFQs/RFPs.
Source and evaluate qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.
Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Commercial and Construction teams.
Monitor material procurement and delivery to meet project requirements.
🔹 Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field.
✅ Proven experience in architectural procurement for high-rise / 5-star hotel projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of finishing, façade, interior and architectural materials.
✅ Good supplier/subcontractor sourcing and negotiation skills.
⭐ Only relevant candidates with strong high-rise/5-star hotel experience will be preferred.
