1. Indoor Sales Representative (Retail & Wholesale)
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome walk-in customers, analyze their technical requirements, and recommend appropriate electrical products.
• Operate the shop POS (Point of Sale) system to scan items, process cash/card payments, and generate invoices.
• Use inventory management software to check stock availability across wholesale and retail storage.
• Handle customer inquiries via email, online messaging, or phone, preparing basic digital quotations.
• Keep showroom product displays well-maintained and update stock tags in the digital inventory system.
Requirements:
• Previous retail or counter sales experience (electrical, hardware, or building materials preferred).
• Computer & IT Skills:
o Proficiency with POS systems, billing software, and basic inventory tracking tools.
o Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for quotes and email clients (Outlook/Gmail) for customer communication.
• Basic understanding of common electrical products (breakers, wiring, fixtures, tools).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
2. Outdoor Sales Representative (Wholesale & Business Development)
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and acquire new business clients, including electrical contractors, construction firms, interior designers, and retail stock lists.
• Prepare, issue, and manage professional digital price quotations, proposals, and wholesale contracts.
• Maintain a digital CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database or detailed log of client leads, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
• Manage client accounts electronically, monitoring order histories, payment terms, and invoice statuses.
• Conduct virtual meetings or email sales presentations when in-person site visits are not required.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in B2B or outdoor direct sales (electrical/construction trading background preferred).
• Computer & IT Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for pricing sheets, margin calculations, and client lists) and Word/PDF tools (for formal proposals).
o Hands-on experience with CRM software, sales tracking tools, or ERP platforms.
o Comfortable managing communication via email, WhatsApp Business, and video conferencing platforms.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.
3. Commercial Driver / Delivery Person
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport and deliver electrical goods and bulk wholesale orders to client sites, shops, and warehouses.
• Use smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze) to plan fuel-efficient and timely routes.
• Operate handheld electronic delivery devices or smartphones to capture digital signatures (Proof of Delivery) and update delivery status in real time.
• Perform daily digital or paper vehicle inspection logs and communicate maintenance issues via messaging apps.
• Carefully load and unload shipments to avoid damaging sensitive electrical goods.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Computer & IT Skills:
o Proficiency using smartphones, mobile messaging apps, and GPS/navigation applications.
o Basic familiarity with electronic delivery tracking or digital proof-of-delivery apps.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, commercial zones, and traffic routes.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy inventory (cable reels, distribution boards, etc.).
