⭐ STADIUM / SPORTS COMPLEX / MEGA CONSTRUCTION PROJECT EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED!

🔹 Position: Commercial Contract Manager
🔹 Vacancies: 11 Nos.
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
⏳ Duration: Long Term
🏗️ Industry: MEP / Construction / Infrastructure
⭐ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
✅ Strong experience in Construction Projects
✅ Proven experience in Commercial & Contract Management
✅ Stadium / Sports Complex / Mega Project experience highly preferred
✅ Experience handling subcontracts, main contracts, claims and variations
✅ Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial procedures
✅ Experience with project cost control, payment certification and commercial negotiations
✅ Ability to manage contractual obligations, risks and project documentation
✅ Saudi / GCC construction project experience is an advantage
🎓 QUALIFICATION
🎓 Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in:
• Quantity Surveying
• Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Construction Management
• Commercial Management
• Contract Management
• Or relevant discipline
📌 Relevant professional certifications and strong project experience will be an advantage.
