We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchasing Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor or similar role.
Mandatory experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) and restaurant operations.
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, packaging, and restaurant supply procurement.
Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
Ability to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely purchasing of goods.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily purchasing activities for restaurant and F&B operations.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality and pricing.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of food, beverage, and operational items.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operational departments.
Maintain purchasing records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
