We are hiring an experienced, hands-on Operations Coordinator for a fast-paced, operations-heavy role in Riyadh. If you have a solid track record in driver recruitment and fleet management within the ride-hailing industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver Onboarding & Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of driver recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing management.
Supply & Fleet Operations: Manage daily on-the-ground fleet operations, optimize supply availability, and lead driver management teams.
Data & Reporting: Track operational numbers, analyze performance metrics, and build detailed reports using Excel and SQL.
Communication & Coordination: Maintain active communication channels with drivers and collaborate with internal teams via Slack, email, and presentations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 4 to 6 years in fleet management, driver operations, or ride-hailing logistics.
Core Competencies: Direct experience in onboarding, hiring, and managing large driver pools in an operations-intensive environment.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), Slack, and formal business communication.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, presentation, and team management capabilities.
