Implement day-today mechanical maintenance operation assigned by the team leader/engineer.
- Carries our shift duties for production plant monitoring and maintenance to ensure smooth
running of production lines and equipment.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain mechanical / pneumatic/ hydraulic equipment, fixtures, piping & accessories, etc, using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, equipment, mixers, pump, gearbox, conveyor, compressors, generators, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Carries out preventive maintenance activities according to defined schedules.
- Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair mechanical equipment, and fixtures.
- Read engineering drawings and execute the work. Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure health and safe work environment.
Minimum Qualification:
Three Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or two-year Certificate from Industrial Training Institute.
Minimum Experience:
5 – 10 years experience in Manufacturing Industries.

35 Years (maximum)
