Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in Import/Export and Logistics.
• Build and monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle sales enquiries through calls, emails and other channels.
• Conduct meetings with potential customers and convert them into business.
• Support recruitment and development of the sales team across different regions.
• Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
• 12–15 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain or Import/Export.
• Strong experience in sales leadership and business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
