We are a growing restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia looking for an experienced and creative Freelance Social Media Manager & Content Creator – F&B to manage and grow our restaurant brands across social media.
We are looking for someone who understands the Saudi market, food & restaurant content, and current social media trends, and who can personally create engaging short-form videos using a mobile phone.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years of professional social media experience
• Proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market
• Previous experience with restaurants, F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of Saudi audiences, trends and social media behavior
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat
• Strong experience creating Reels, TikToks and short-form videos
• Must be able to shoot professional-looking videos using a mobile phone
• Strong skills in mobile video editing using CapCut or similar applications
• Good understanding of food photography and videography
• Ability to create attractive content showcasing food, restaurants, offers and customer experiences
• Strong creative sense and ability to develop new content ideas
• Ability to identify and use relevant trending sounds, formats and content trends
• Good copywriting and caption-writing skills
• Understanding of social media analytics, engagement, reach and account growth
• Able to work independently and manage multiple restaurant brands
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage social media accounts for our restaurant brands
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars
• Visit restaurant branches in Riyadh to create content
• Shoot food, dishes, drinks, restaurant atmosphere, staff, customers, offers and behind-the-scenes content
• Create and edit high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks and Snapchat videos
• Produce mobile-first content suitable for current social media trends
• Develop creative campaigns around new menu items, promotions, seasonal offers and restaurant launches
• Monitor social media trends in Saudi Arabia and turn relevant trends into content
• Write captions and develop creative concepts for posts and videos
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reports
• Recommend strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers and brand awareness
• Work closely with the marketing and restaurant operations teams
IMPORTANT
This is not a remote-only social media management position.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on social media professional and content creator who can visit our restaurants, take out their mobile phone, shoot high-quality food and lifestyle content, edit it, and publish content that performs well on TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat.
Experience creating content specifically for Saudi restaurants and F&B brands will be a strong advantage.
