The subcontractor must have proven experience in **commercial and building waterproofing works**, including:
* Waterproofing Membrane Installation
* Bituminous / Bitumen Waterproofing
* Cementitious Waterproofing
* Torch-Applied Membrane
* Roof & Basement Waterproofing
* Water Tank Waterproofing
* Wet Area Waterproofing
* Related Waterproofing & Protection Works
### Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in waterproofing projects
✅ Skilled and experienced waterproofing applicators
✅ Ability to mobilize manpower and equipment quickly
✅ Good knowledge of waterproofing materials and application methods
✅ Previous project experience preferred
✅ Ability to meet project schedules and quality requirements
