● Ensure proper control of welding consumables, storage and baking requirements.

● Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and manpower reports.
● Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe welding practices.
● Lead Welding Supervisors, Foremen and welders to achieve project targets.
● Participate in client meetings, inspections and audits.
