Minimum Cleaning Standards
The cleaner must consistently meet the following standards:
* Floors must be swept or vacuumed and mopped, with no visible dust, hair, dirt or sticky residue.
* Bathrooms must be cleaned and disinfected, including toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, floors, fixtures and visible corners.
* The kitchen must be left hygienic, with countertops, sink, stovetop, floors and cabinet fronts free from grease, food residue and visible dirt.
* Furniture and accessible surfaces must be dusted and wiped clean.
* Bins must be emptied and fitted with fresh liners.
* Laundry must be handled carefully, with clothes properly washed, hung, folded and returned to the appropriate place.
* Beds must be made and bed linen changed when required.
* Balconies and outdoor areas must be swept and left free of dust, leaves, litter and visible debris.
* Staircases, corners, skirting boards and areas under or behind light furniture must not be neglected.
* Cleaning products and equipment must be used safely and appropriately.
* Items must be returned to their original places, and any damage, breakage or maintenance issue must be reported promptly.
* Work must be completed thoroughly within the agreed hours, rather than rushed or limited to visible areas only.
Key Responsibilities
* General cleaning and tidying of living areas, bedrooms, office, bathrooms, kitchen and staircase
* Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping down furniture and surfaces
* Kitchen cleaning, including countertops, sink, stovetop, floors and cabinet fronts
* Laundry: loading/unloading the washing machine, hanging and folding clothes
* Changing bed linen when required
* Emptying bins and replacing liners
* Cleaning balconies and outdoor areas
* Weekly cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms and less frequently used areas
* Occasional deep cleaning of appliances, cabinets, tiles, grout, windows, fixtures, corners, skirting boards and areas under/behind light furniture
Looking for someone who is:
* Trustworthy

* Able to work independently
* Consistent in meeting the minimum cleaning standards above
* Careful with household belongings and cleaning products
Schedule Options
Please indicate your availability and expected hours for one of the following:
Option 1: Three Times a Week
* 3–4 hours per visit
* Routine cleaning and laundry during regular visits
* Weekly tasks divided across visits
* Deep cleaning scheduled separately when needed
Option 2: Four Times a Week
* 2.5–3.5 hours per visit
* Routine cleaning and regular laundry
* Weekly tasks divided across visits
* Deep cleaning included when required
Option 3: Five Times a Week
* 2–3 hours per visit
* One visit for deep outdoor cleaning
* One visit for deep indoor cleaning
* Three visits for light cleaning, laundry and household maintenance
Hours may vary depending on experience, speed, cleaning standards and required tasks. The agreed schedule and duties may be adjusted if the minimum cleaning standards are not consistently met.
