Experienced HSE / Safety Officer based in Saudi Arabia, currently looking for a new job opportunity with immediate transfer (Naqal Kafala).
Professional Profile:
• 7+ years of HSE/Safety experience in Saudi Arabia and GCC
• NEBOSH IGC Certified
• Experience in industrial, construction, EPC, maintenance, and high-risk environments
• Experienced in Ma’aden projects and industrial sites
• Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment, JSA, PTW, HSE inspections, Incident Investigation, Toolbox Talks, Emergency Response, and Safety Audits
• Experienced in conducting safety training and daily toolbox meetings
• Strong knowledge of PPE, Work at Height, Confined Space, Hot Work, Lifting Operations, Excavation, and Electrical Safety
• Able to lead workers and coordinate effectively with project management and client representatives
• Authorized and experienced in Stop Work intervention for unsafe activities
• Proven track record of maintaining high safety standards and achieving zero LTI projects
