✔️ Diploma / ITI or other relevant technical qualification
✔️ Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on Huawei Telecom experience – MANDATORY
✔️ Strong experience working specifically on Huawei Wireless Sites
✔️ Experience in Huawei BTS / 4G / 5G installation and dismantling activities
✔️ Experience in antenna installation, alignment, rigging, and QC activities
✔️ Ability to perform QC checks for Huawei site activities
✔️ Ability to identify installation and quality issues and rectify them according to Huawei standards
✔️ Experience in tower climbing, rigging, and working at height
✔️ Valid KSA Driving License – MANDATORY
✔️ Must be capable of driving a 4×4 vehicle
✔️ Physically fit for tower climbing and field activities
✔️ Work-at-Height and other Safety Certifications will be an added advantage

✔️ Must be currently available inside Saudi Arabia (KSA)
✔️ Valid and Transferable Iqama is required
✔️ Relevant Huawei Telecom experience is mandatory
✔️ Available for immediate joining
✔️ Willing to work in challenging field conditions and attend emergency callouts when required
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Strong commitment to HSE and site safety requirements
