China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Architectural Procurement Engineer to join our construction team.
📌 Position: Architectural Procurement Engineer
🔴 Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Architectural Procurement.
Strong experience in High-Rise Building projects is mandatory.
Proven experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel projects is required.
Candidates must have at least 80% of their total experience in High-Rise Building projects.
Strong knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and construction specifications.
Experience in procurement, supplier evaluation, material sourcing, and subcontractor coordination.
Candidates without High-Rise Building and 4-Star/5-Star Hotel experience will NOT be considered.

📋 Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement of architectural materials, finishes, and related construction items.
Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material requirements.
Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations and conduct technical and commercial comparisons.
Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement schedules.
Coordinate with the engineering, construction, planning, and commercial departments.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications and project requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding material submittals, samples, approvals, and delivery schedules.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
Monitor market prices and identify cost-effective procurement opportunities.
Follow up on material deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
